We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are available under specific conditions for non-prescription eyewear only.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. While returns are not permitted, we do offer exchanges for non-prescription eyewear within the specified timeframe.
- Prescription eyewear is custom-made and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. Kindly double-check your prescription details before placing an order.
- Exchanges are limited to non-prescription eyewear and are subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.

- Unused and unworn.
- In its original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and any branded accessories.
- Free of visible damage, scratches, or signs of tampering.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation for the product.
Products that fail to meet these conditions will not qualify for an exchange.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

4. Exchange Process
After your exchange request is approved:
- Shipping the Product Back: Send the product back to our store at the provided address using a reliable and trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to verify its condition. This process may take up to 2 business days.
- Exchange Approval: Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for the exchanged product.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Prescription eyewear, as they are custom-made specifically for your needs.
- Sale or discounted items, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
- Products with visible signs of use, tampering, or damage.
- Items not returned within the specified timeframe or without prior approval.
6. Warranty Coverage
All our eyewear products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- What is covered: Defects in materials, hinges, coatings, or craftsmanship.
- What is not covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling. Normal wear and tear, including scratches or lens damage.
If your product is eligible for a warranty claim, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
7. Additional Information
- No Refunds: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
- Exchanges for Size/Model: If you wish to exchange for a different size or model, you must follow the standard exchange process. Availability of the replacement product is subject to stock.
- Shipping Delays: Advani Opticals is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service during the return process.
